We launched Nanushka on the Skala platform in February 2020. Skala brings together the brand’s commerce activity into one smart platform across digital and physical retail, which was previously on Shopify and a combination of third party systems.
Since onboarding onto Skala, Nanushka no longer needs to manage and integrate multiple technical platforms for e-commerce, point of sale and global shipping. This has helped reduce operating costs by 32% which has improved margins, ensuring that the brand achieves healthy growth targets.
Skala’s intuitive functionality ensures that as the brand grows, workload doesn’t. With the reduced complexity of the interface running on one core system, page load time improvements of 48% have also been delivered helping to drive conversion.
